Belated response: firstly the passage is in Japanese, not Chinese. The content isn't strictly pornographic per se. It sounds more like a seedy article/ad about how the increasing number of girls who leave home, end up needing to prostitute themselves online at internet cafes when they run out of money. The last sentence cited, can be roughly translated as, 'So would you be interested in this kind of proposition if I wrote to you?'
